Project Turtles 2007.....!!!


as always, same as every year since 2000, Project Turtle is now a 7 year old Kuwaiti/Japanese project that is carried out by the Japanese society in Kuwait......!!!

same as last year the Project will target Shuwaikh Beach Park, where all the Japanese people in Kuwait JOIN in to clean the beach in order to enhance Kuwaiti people’s awareness of environmental protection.....!!!

we hope this year the Numbers would exceed 100 participants.....!!!
and wish that the Number of Kuwaiti participants will increase this year, the campain is open to every one, and it is a chance to meet Japanese people living in Kuwait......!!!

Date : November 24, Saturdey, 10:00-11:00
Location: Shuwaikh Beach Park (See a map attached)


(*) At the end of the operation, we will hold a closing ceremony.

now talking about cleaning the beaches... is it only about beaches!!!
they are killing coral reefs in kubar ekhwana il 7elween.. do you remember the vodka i found in kubbar!!!

leave that on a side.. paper bags!!! we have one of the best paper factories in kuwait !!!

talk about recycling... in every super market... in germany every house has at least 7 garbage cans each one for something different..

Exz. you have some good powers in that field... run after it i will bring my gang too :)

cleaning the beaches is important too, the coral reefs in Kubar are sabotaged by fishermen nets and the visitors of the island, we can't prevent people from going there, but we can form artificial reefs...

as for vodka, I'm not surprised, I found one in a mosque in Jordan, so anything is possible.....!!!

and we need to change the people, or westernise the process to make an appealing way for the Kuwaities.....!!!
